About Me

Hi! I’m Shalom.* I am a Ph.D. candidate in the School of Philosophy at the Australian National University. I work on discrimination, and am interested in social, political, and moral philosophy.

Prior to starting the Ph.D., I completed a Master of Social Science in Political Science at the National University of Singapore and a Bachelor of Arts with Honours in Philosophy at Nanyang Technological University.

You can reach me at shalom.chalson@anu.edu.au.

*My pronouns are she/her, but I'm also fine with they/them.

That's me in the picture. Thanks to Tangyao Zhang at ANU CLT for taking it!
